Please note that some items such as cupcakes and helium cannot be transported over the sea ie to Ireland or Channel Islands.

Items with a surcharge
One or two products such as helium cannisters may incur a surcharge (currently £3). Items with a surcharge have it clearly marked in the product description
Free Delivery offers
Some items may have from time to time an offer of Free Delivery regardless of the basket size. These items will not be included in the basket value to determine the P&P for other items purchased in the same order. Currently Christening Wear (excluding headbands) has a Free Delivery offer.
Mainland USA (Christening Gowns only) Christening gowns may be delivered to USA by post. Cost is £15 for a 5-10 day (not guaranteed) service. Please choose "US Delivery" at the checkout. If you need your order more quickly or want a guaranteed delivery service, please contact us for a price.
Urgent requests
If you require your order more urgently than the stated delivery times, please email hello@mybabycelebration.co.uk with details of the product and the required delivery timeframes. We will do our best to accomodate requests where possible but please note that this may not always be possible where the goods are despatched directly from the supplier. Please also note that this is likely to carry a higher delivery charge.
Direct despatch To save time and reduce delivery costs, many of our goods are despatched to you directly from our supplier or the designer/artist, particularly where items are personalised or made to measure. Please note that this may mean that you receive your order in more than one consignment.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We make every effort to despatch your order within 3-5 working days, with many items being despatched next day. However, some personalised items and those delivered directly from the supplier, designer or artist may have a different lead time. Please see individual Product Descriptions for details.
RETURNS POLICY We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. As detailed in our Terms & Conditions , if you choose to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, please email us at hello@mybabycelebration.co.uk and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange* providing the goods are returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. * NB We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to measure/order goods unless they are faulty. |
